Insights

The Passavant^® Climber Screen is characterised by extremely efficient and reliable cleaning of the bar rack, while remaining easy to maintain. The pin rack of the cleaner rake is operated without ropes or chains, and at the same time no moving drive parts are immersed in the wastewater. The cleaner rake runs absolutely smoothly and quietly.

When the cleaner trolley climbs up and down, the rake performs a looping movement and prevents blockages and unclean interventions of the comb plate. Due to the combination of its own weight and motor force, the rake has a strong cleaning performance.

The cleaner carriage can be stopped at any height, allowing maintenance work to be carried out from the operating floor and eliminating the need for a maintenance platform.
