Insights

With an angle of inclination of approx. 50 °, the Noggerath^® Step Screen PSS transports solids upwards step by step by means of an eccentric drive. There, due to their own weight and with the support of a scraper comb, the solids drop down into a container or are delivered to a machine for further transport or processing. The process is controlled by a differential level measurement of the water level upstream and downstream of the screen.
